How will my order be shipped?

We ship free of charge to the contiguous 48 states via UPS Ground.  Express orders will be shipped the following business day via UPS 2nd Day Air for a $30.00 charge.  Note:  We are not shipping to Hawaii and Alaska at this time.  

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

Can you ship my order to a P.O. Box?

Since most orders are shipped via UPS, we are unable to send orders to a P.O. Box.

Can I place an order over the telephone?

Yes, you can call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 740-1134 and a Customer Service Representative will assist you, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm CST.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover on our website.  If you wish to pay by cashier’s check or money order, please call our toll-free number, (866) 740-1134, to place your order.  Your order will be placed after the cashier’s check/money order is received.

What name will appear on my credit card statement?

Your credit card statement will show the charge coming from Your Wide Footwear.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to Oklahoma.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It will take approximately 5 – 7 business days to receive your order.  

What happens if the shoes I ordered are not in stock?

Yourwidefootwear.com will notify you if there is a back order.  We will give you the option of replacing the item or receiving a refund.

How do I return or exchange my shoes?

Please call Customer Service, (866) 740-1134, to receive a Return Authorization number and return instructions.  Click here to download a return form.  Note:  Click here to download a free version of Acrobat Reader in a new browser window or contact us if you have any questions.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  Simply return any unworn item within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.  Be sure to test your new shoes on a soft-carpeted surface.  Shoes that are scuffed or worn are not returnable.  When returning an item, the purchaser pays the return shipping costs.  We will send your new order with no additional shipping charges.

What size shoe should I buy?

As in clothing, shoe sizes vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.  Our shoe sizes are based on the Brannock Device, which is found in most shoe stores.
